I have been on bio identical for 3 weeks. I had a partial hysterectomy in Dec. 2012. Why did I spot after having intercourse and have been for 2 days.
Answer:
Was your uterus completely removed? if so, the spotting may be from the thinning of the vaginal wall. (small tears during intercourse) This may be resolved after being on HRT for a longer period of time......or sometimes a compounded vaginal estriol cream can be used for a little while to build up the lining of the vagina.
