H I Pete, My problem, I think as well as my family doctor, is menopausal. I don't get hot flashes like other women, I get it a form of burning skin and this is triggered by sun exposure. Although I wear sun block almost all the time, even if my skin is slightly exposed, eg. When I'm travelling from work in the train, as soon as I get home, my legs, back,lower back start to burn and it's quite bad, I cannot sleep unless I take a zanax or a gravol. I did take bioidentical HRT for 3 months during winter (started in October) and then I stopped in Jan , so it's hard to know if HRT helped with the sun exposure. In my notes, I found that each time I was exposed to the sun even when I was taking the HRT, I had some burning, on some days a bit, other days quite a lot. Please advise.
