Question:
Good Morning!:

I have managed to drop a mere 3-4 pounds by modifying breakfast - 175 lbs. To 171/172 lbs. Depending upon the phases of the Moon.

I've become practically food-phobic, and am feaful of eating anything tasty. Since I've never been one who's had to "watch her weight", and my present body is betraying me :), I ask, what can I do to drop a trifle more 6-8 pounds just to get my weight out of the 170's...! Whew!

I suggest you check out Ann Louise Gittleman's book The Fat Flush Plan. Her work is sound. She is brilliant and recommends very healthy ways to lose weight and then to maintain optimal health.
