Name: Sherrie

Question:
I am taking Activella for a little over a month now and have a few side affects like having a light period for over a week, and I haven't had my period in over a year. Also, I am retaining a lotof fluid, about 10lbs. I just did a little research and found out it is "soy"! I am allergic to soy .....and The swelling is a sign I always get. Problem is that I feel so much better on the Activella other than the fluid retention. What can I do? What else wil work?
I Despareatly need an answer.
