Dear Dr. Townsend, I am 49 years old, have a large fibroid tumor, am high risk and cannot find a surgeon to operate on me so my gyno has me on lupron shots. Here's my question....why Is it that whenever I get a hot flash I have to urinate? It's every single time. My gyno laughed when I asked her and told me she had no idea why that happens. Would you be able to answer that question?
