Question:
I am 31 years old and about 6 months ago I started having internal shaking when I lay down to go to sleep. It is like I get chilled and than start shaking intrnally really bad that either I cannot go to sleep or it wakes me up. When it happens I get up and I am fine this happens a few times and than I fall alseep. Also sometimes it feels like I am being tied up and my body feels like it has sooo much pressure that I am going to pop.. I Get up a few times it goes away and than I finally fall asleep. This all mainly happens aroung my ovulation time all through my period. I have about one good week out of a month. I do have panic alot of stress and anxiety for a long timebut it is a wierd pattern around the same time every month.. I Just cannot take it anymore.can You please help..

It sounds as if you need some counseling your hormonal changes seem to make things worse.
