On diet and fitness programme what is the best time difference to check the weight ,once a week (with a fixed day), or ,everyday.I Am on weight watchers programme , but my scale change everyday , on weekly basis it seems like working but 1 -2 pounds difference can be seen if I do it everyday

Hi Naema -- I really encourage clients not to weigh themselves at all. Weighing yourself cann lead to more obsessing about your body size.
