On diet and fitness programme what is the best time difference to check the weight ,once a week (with a fixed day), or ,everyday.I Am on weight watchers programme , but my scale change everyday , on weekly basis it seems like working but 1 -2 pounds difference can be seen if I do it everyday


Hi Naema -- I really encourage clients not to weigh themselves at all. Weighing yourself cann lead to more obsessing about your body size. If you MUST weigh, please do so no moe than once a month -- good luck!
