Dr. Warner, I also am using Vagifem twice weekly for vaginal atrophy and dryness. Would you mind explaining why progesterone would make this situation worse, as I got the impression from Dr. Lee and Dr. Townsend's books that it would help. Or, perhaps I misunderstood. Thanks for your help.
