I had a TAH BSO 2 weeks ago at the age of 29. I am experiancing severe headaches, mood swings, and nausea. I am on the Climara 0.1 patch - am I getting these Sx because of too much hormones or too little?

It's quite possible that the Climara is not enough. I also would recommend taking testosterone as well as estrogen since you no longer have your ovaries. You can get estrogen and testosterone together in Estratest or EstratestHS (half strength.)
