Dear Dr. Lamothe,
currently I am trying to change my eating/drinking habits to healthier ones. My BMR is 1000 cal. (1300 would be normal). I started eating regularly w/o skipping breakfast and drinking 2 ltrs of water. My body holds some of the water I drink. How long will this go on? And how long does it take my metabolism to speed up w/o exercising? As soon as I feel less tired I will restart exercising.
