Question: | |
Postmenopausal is a bit different as the metabolism levels off. In perimenopause, the worst part, metabolism is very slow while the hormones ebb and flow. I find I only lose weight by eating less - on any diet. Including WW. And for me, personally, I only lost weight when I cut down on carbs. Can't we be on WW and not eat all the bread and starches?

You can be on Weight Watchers and eat any way you want to reach your points. The important thing is to eat a nutritionally sound diet.
