I am presently in perimenopause. I am taking FEM HRT which has helped me feel like a human being again. My hot flashed have stopped, I am more calm and relaxed, but I am wondering if other symtoms still exist as I am going through this. My question is that I have missed periods, but when I am expecting them at/or near the time I get symptoms like vaginal itching, bloating, flatuence, and diarrhea. Also, my incontenance is off big time. Is this to be expected each month, even when no bleeding occurs?
