Question: | |
I was wondering if dizzy spells occur if you are starting to go through menopause. These spells are just when I lay down to go to sleep, sometimes if I wake up & roll over(not often/every night) or if I start to sit up too fast after waking up.

Dizzy spells can be due to many things and it is not safe to just assume it is menopause. You may have "postural hypotension" -- blood pressure falls with rapid change of posture. Look at
www.naturesbenefit.com
and
www.menoplan.com
. Also, please get a medical checkup.
