Question:
I have osteoporosis in my spine osteopenia in my hips. I was 46 when I was diagnosed. I am now 53 and though stable in the hip I am still losing in the spine, -3.2. I have resisted taking fosomax but have been a runner for 23 years and also weight train. Tried soy and diet with more fruits and veggies, calcium formulation by Alan Gaby M.D. But nothing is helping me. Am post menopausel and have been on natural progesterone for 5 years and bi-est HRT for 5 years. I am not an over-exerciser. I am 5'6" and weigh 144 lbs. Please help me.Kathy Thompson
