Question: | |
I have just been informed by my GP that I am going thru Peri-meno. I have had a number of blood type tests to eliminate other factors and everything appears to be normal however my complaint is that I am suffering from light headedness and sometimes causes me to feel ill also. I do not want to take HRT if I can possibly help it. I am already using Murana for bleeding problems. Is There any safe herbs I can take to assist with the light headedness? Many Thanks Jean

In the perimenopause, I always recommend the simplest approach. Please see

or call Andrea at 973-824-8800 and ask about natural options.
Thank you.
