I've been on Estrodiol 1 mg and methyprogesterine 5 mg for 14 years now.What Can be taken for osteoarthritis (cartilage problem) instead of progest? Can Fosamax work instead of progesterone?

You aren't taking natural progesterone but rather a synthetic progestin. For starters I would switch to natural porgesterone and then work on your diet, exercise and stress management program before I would consider Fosamax.
