hello! I am 47 years old, and having, what I think hormone problems and because some tests show low in progesterone I have visited many doctors, the last one put me on 12.5 Twice a day progesterone from a compounded pharmacy, I started taking it on the12th day of my cycle, but in only one week I started to feel a lot of muscle pain and joint pain and dizzy , depressed, he said that he can't do nothing else for me, that is not another dose and only I took these two menstrual cycles, I have on time periods, are heavy that's why he recommend progesterone, do I need to find another dose ?is That dose too much for me?
