I have been taking the vitamin and mineral supplements as well as the natural progesterone cream for about 6 weeks recommended by Dr. Ann Gittleman in her book Before the Change. The past 2 weeks I have had a lot of puffiness and bags under my eyes. I am overweight and have slightly elevated blood pressure (128/86). Any reason for my eyes looking this way? It's the worst first thing in the morning.

Dear Toni:
I am not sure I know what you are taking. Sounds like the combination of products you are taking is not accomplishing the desired results.
Your eyes are probably puffy because you are retaining fluid.
