I have just started .5 Mg. estradial and 100 mg. Natural progesterone combined in a cream. When do you suggest using it, morning or night? The directions just say 1 gram once daily. Thank you.

Dear Dawn:
I don't know what 1 gm means in terms of how the cream is distributed. I also like dividing the hormones in twice a day dosing.
Where are you getting the hormones from? Why isn't the doctor who wrote the script instructing you on the proper application?
