I just bought the Active Woman's Mult I recommended by Power Surge. I also recently read that dosages of 10,000 i.u Of vitamin A can produce toxicity. Your Daily dosage of Vitamin A is 10,000. Kindly advise.

Jean, Great question. Although 10,000iu per day is considerably higher than the USA recommended dosage (RDA), we don't see toxicity in the divided doses. Remember, 10,000iu is in 3 tablets that should be taken throughout the day with meals. Because vitamin A is fat soluble, toxicity is always a concern.
