Weight iossues are the most frustrating!!!! It is important to consider the whole picture. I urge you to see a nutritionist, exercise, eat the best you can, stop beating yourself up and definately take advantage of my blog for weekly tips ( www.chewtamers.blogspot.com ) There is also ifo on my Facebook page a,d my website -- all free and all helpful. Additionally, I strongly suggest you read The T%aming of the Chew. It pulls it all together.
