Anxiety-Panic Expert Q&A's
Name: Laura

Question:
I've had panic disorder for two years and I take Lexapro for my attacks and depression. But lately I've been feeling just awful. I worry about relationships and totally unimportant things. What should I do?

Answer:
Hi Laura

Medication can be helpful for our anxiety disorder and depression, but by itself it is not a long term answer.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the most effective therapy in the long term. This is how so many of us have recovered and most importantly, stayed recovered !

Your doctor can refer you to a CBT therapist, or you can visit our international referral pages :

Kind Regards
