Question:
Heard soya is good for alleviating the menopauses symptoms. I am on "medical-induced menopause" (GnRh Inj.) And I am wondering if ur product could help to correct my serious insomnia.
another question is my aunt who loves to eat raw soya, will it cause any health dangers for overdose? She once told me that it helped her to have beautiful breasts & solve her hot flushes, which I dun really believe. Mayb u could explain better.

Answer:
Thank you for contacting us about #1 Doctor-recommended Revival Soy protein supplement. Our mission is to help others live a life they love with good nutrition, education and medical research. Of course, please discuss the information supplied in this email with your physician.
Studies suggest soy may help with menopausal symptoms. There is more information on the possible benefits related to menopause on the Revival website at http://www.revivalsoy.com/whysoy/article.html?article=menopause.&pid=3000 I am not aware of any upper limits on soy that have been established. The FDA does recommend 25 grams of soy per day for heart health.

Please let me know if I can help further.
Best Regards,
Aaron Tabor, MD
