Question:
I am menopausal for 3 years I am 45.I Have been trying for 15 months to lose inches/fat.I Went on a food program, I knew what my macronutrients were every day,how many calories,I ate every 3 hours(keep the fire burning)cycled my carbs,ate carbs on the low glycemic index,you name it,I was doing it.I Was weight training and doing aerobics in the same day sometimes.But My body will not lose an inch or any fat!Thyroid Is fine.I Am on estradiol for 6 months and now am on progesterone this past month. What kind of doc should I seek to help me and do you think I will be able to eventually lose weight?
