I am 50 and I need something to help with hot flashes and loosing weight. I need to loose 10 pounds and it s I very hard when youn have hot flashes and your period is on and off eaceh month. Please I need soemthingto help with weight loss. I am now experiencing some tightness in my legs from the weight but I do walk 3 days and I need help. I have also had stress due to loss of husbands job and we are about to loose our house. I need something to take for this, please help me. I need money also. I also have kids so it is noit easy.
