Working with a Naturopathic physician for natural hormone replacement. He uses 24 hr. Urine tests. I'm 50 y/o and using Climara patch, 0.025 Mg and 100 mg Prometrium. My problem is I have extremely low testosterone levels and low libido. Tried compounded testosterone cream which caused acne and agitation. We reduced the amount two times more and I still had problems with acne. I gave up on the compounded cream. Currently, I've been using Metagenics BioSom liquid liposomal DHEA and this helps T levels but still getting acne so I don't use it as often as I would like. I also use some 7-Keto which has been very helpful in my overall well being and energy levels. Any suggestions for bringing up my testosterone levels? I'd like to improve my libido and muscle mass. Hgh? Trans-D Tropin?

I would like to apologize for the late answer, but I have been ill. At this point it would be advisable to try the Trans D Tropin; and use 10 drops 3 X's a day, rubbed in forearm to forearm (not with finger tips), that is called cricket style; do this on Monday through Friday, and shake the bottle well before using each time. Just call in to us to order the Trans D Tropin, try it for a month or two, and see if you get the correct benefits without the acne problem. Of course exercise will help promote self production of testosterone, and testosterone definitely will or can cause acne if in excess amounts. Our phone to order on is 1-800-728-0288. Your Progesterone dose (Prometrium 100mg) is probably also excessive for the low dose on the Climara, and could contribute to the acne problem also. Hope this helps for now, and we can compound a lower dose of progesterone in "Oil" Caps for you on RX in the future, if you would have your doctor order that from us also.
