Have been on Bi-Estro 80% 2.5mg Tablet 48 years old. Periods every 3 mths very light. Suddenly had extreme breast tenderness spotting for 2-3 wks and then heavy bleeding with terrible cramping. Hx of fibroids and panic attacks. Panic has been better since starting NHR. Have not been using NHR past week anxiety much worse. Could you give me advice what to do? Would like to continue NHR but afraid making fibroids Flare. My Dr. Does not have a problem giving Rx for NHR but does not know much about their use. Is it possible to continue NHR at a smaller dose and not cause fibroid growth. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

We can help you solve the problem, and it may be related to lack of progesterone, not too much Biest. I don't read anywhere that you are also using progesterone for a good balance. I think the answer would be to use some progesterone monthly, have a period monthly, and to not lower the Biest dose. This would probably correct the problem for you.
