H I Steven, I have used your recommendation for a therapist and have my 2nd appt tomorrow. Thank you. I'm the one who just destroyed a relationship due to my CP fears. My question has to do with how to communicate with new 'dates'. Not on the first few dates, but if things start to go somewhere, how can I constructively communicate my fears? I have shown myself that I can do it 'destructively'...now I'd like some guidance on how to do it better, because I know they are still there and won't be disappearing any time soon. I don't want to feel like I'm burdening someone with my 'baggage', but I feel like explaining my fears might help. Does this make sense?
