I have been on biodentical hormones for six months and have not seen much difference. I am on progesterone 50mg/ML cream twice aday also testosterone cream 5mg which was changed to 7.5mg Twice aday with little change. I am also low in cortisol evening and night and DHEA which I haven't been given because the pharmacist said they were minimal although they showed up as low. I am ready to stop taking them as I am so frustrated, I thought you might have some answers for me. Thanks!!!

In other words, what do you mean that the hormones haven't made a difference? DHEA is important, since it is an androgen precursor. Low levels are associated with autoimmune disease, fatigue, low energy, and the aging process. We recommend supplementing with DHEA to get into a mid-normal range.
