I am 48 years old and I am in peri-menopause for about one year. I started taking bcp Estrostep a couple of months ago to cope with insomnia and anxiety. Bcp worked like a miracle first month but insomnia is back again. If I do not take Lunesta 3mg, I cannot get to sleep. will It help if I take progesterone cream again?

It would not hurt anything to try the progesterone cream along with the Estrostep, and if it works then great, if not stay on the Lunesta and then follow our patient empowerment program, so we can adjust your doses to fit you specifically (not everyone else).
