Question:
how does a narcissist truly suffer? Seems to me that they are better off than we are.
they go on living a life others only dream of, and seem to be rewarded for being narcissists. It is hard to reconcile and convince myself that being a caring and empathetic person isn't rewarded. Don't suggest therapy, been there. Most therapists don't get this pathology. Just looking for a way to see some justice in all of this. Thanks for being on of the few who understand this madness.

Answer:
A genuine narcissist is incapable of giving or experiencing real love. I think that is plenty of suffering. (And that doesn't even mention the suffering they must have endured to develop a pathological narcissistic personality -- they're not born that way you know).
