Dear Dr. Hueseman, I have been taking bioidenticals for nearly 8 years. I am taking tri-est 1.50 W/100mg p. I switched to a bi-est 1.5 W/100mg p. Because of breast tenderness in one breast only. The breast tenderness continued. I quit taking all, and the night sweats started, after 3 weeks of no hormones, the night sweats were CONSTANT. Can you recommend a new dosage?
