Could you please tell me the normal dose of Estradiol? I take 1 mg and still have anxiety attacks and sweating at night. Plus I have insomnia, but now it is under control w. 5mg elavil. Thank you

Dear Susan:
Estradiol's normal dose range is between 0.5mg per day and 2.0 mg per day. We also make a sublingual tablet dose form, that may absorb and work better for you.
