I follow a healthy diet, eating 5 - 6 small meals per day with each meal having a small amount of protein. I exercise regularly. Ususally 5 days a week with both weight lifting and cardio. Sometimes my cardio is as much as 2- 1 hr sessions per day.

Over the past 3 years, I was very successful in losing approximately 90 lbs. However over the past 5 months I have unfortuneatly put back on about 35 lbs still eating my same food choices, amounts, etc. And exercising regularly. I have had thyroid tests done in the past but results always seem to come back in the 'normal' range.

Since I'm not a med Dr. I can't really help with the physical possibilities. Be aware though that the picture is much larger than that. You have to look at the physical, of course, but also the emotional, social and spiritual factors that are affecting you.
