Question:
I ordered Revival shakes and started

with Bowel problems which continued
even After discontinuing the shakes for 2 weeks.
was The soy too strong? Was I having
allergic Reaction?

Answer:
Thank you for contacting me about #1 Doctor-recommended Revival Soy protein supplement. Our mission is to help others live a life they love with good nutrition, education and medical research. Of course, please discuss the information supplied in this email with your physician.

Sorry to hear you have had this problem. Most adults already know if they are allergic to soy protein. Soy protein is less allergenic than cow’s milk, and recent estimates are that only 1 out of 3000 American adults have a soy allergy.

If you have an upset stomach within 1-2 hours of using Revival, consider the following:
a) Discontinue use for several days then retry the product, but take 1/4 to 1/2 serving. If you experience the same symptoms, you may have a soy allergy. To confirm an allergy, you should be tested by your physician using a blood test for soy allergies (skin tests for soy allergies are not reliable).
b) Try a different flavor or version of Revival shakes. This strategy works for many people. Our plain drink mix can be used if you have sensitivities to other ingredients.

If you feel like you are having a severe food allergy reaction, consult your doctor immediately. A severe food allergy reaction can include hives and breathing difficulty.
I hope these suggestions work for you.

Please let me know if I can help further.
Best Regards,
Aaron Tabor, MD
