Ask Dr. Denise Lamothe Q&A's
Name: Holly

Question:
I can't find a weight loss program that fits my lifestyle. I want to lose about 35 pounds, am married and have two kids. I can't do a meal planning diet (kids and husband don't need to lose weight). The only thing that seems to isolate my weight loss and not affect my family are weight loss pills. I can't however find a pill that is not an appetite suppressant (I don't have an overeating problem). Any suggestions?

Answer:
I am a big fan of Ann Louise Gittleman's Fat Flush Plan. It is a healthy cleanse and weight loss plan as well. Go to FatFlush.com and check out her research. This might help.
