Stephanie Marston is a licensed family therapist with over 20 years experience in women's issues. She is a nationally recognized lecturer. She has conducted seminars for more than 100,000 women, parents and mental health professionals and frequently delivers keynote addresses, seminars and workshops to women's organizations and corporations.

Marston is also the critically acclaimed author of "The Magic of Encouragement" and "The Divorced Parent." She has written for several women's magazines and has appeared on national television programs including the Oprah Show. Her newest book is "If Not Now, When? Reclaiming Ourselves at Midlife," which addresses many of the questions of midlife women, such as "Who am I really?" What are my own real needs and dreams?" And, "If I'm not fulfilling them now, when will I?" These are just some of the defining questions women between the ages of 40 and 55 are asking. In her book, she addresses the spiritual, emotional and psychological dimensions of this challenging life stage.
