Q: Michael, in order to succeed not so much at losing, but keeping weight off, isn't it important to first understand the reasons for our poor eating habits? in short - to understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger?

A: The bottom line is that the real reasons we have weight issues usually have to do with emotional issues. The easy part of losing weight is the "physical" part. The more important issue, for keeping it off, is dealing with the emotional issues.
